This One Piece Slimline pen is made of Leopardwood on a Gun Metal finish. It uses a Cross Style refill. To open the pen to write you twist the Nib. To change the refill you would grab the nib with a material that grips like a jar opener from your kitchen and twist counter clockwise and pull. This is a pen that shows off the the complete grain of the wood with no centerband to break it up, very sleek and stylish. This pen is a very smooth writer and the finish is a very durable and hard CA which is built up from 6 to 10 layers and then sanded and polished.
